A classic spirit with an Icelandic twist.
Marberg is a London Dry styled gin, brought into being with the marriage of glacial water, wild Icelandic botanicals, and fruits and spices from distant shores.
To make Marberg gin, a neutral spirit base made from wheat grown in the Champagne region in France, is re-distilled through various botanicals here at the distillery, before being diluted with crisp, Icelandic glacial water.
The result is a very juniper and citrus forward spirit, made even more interesting with the addition of red seaweed, commonly known as Dulse, or Söl.
